Received the unlock code almost exactly to the average time stated on the website. The unlock instruction are misleading. The process i followed was to: 1. Insert the sim in the One Touch (OT) 2. From my laptop, connect over wifi to the OT SSID 3. From my browser go to 192.168.0.1 4. Login using the admin account (password admin) 5. Enter the unlock code (provided by this site) in the dialogue box. This process worked perfectly. Thank you

It took more than the 19 hours suggested to get the code but it was over a weekend and arrived very quickly after emailing them on Monday.
