Its title is ”Ruined King: A League of Legends Story”. It is a turn-based RPG with singleplayer mode only. Its trailer can be watched here. The game is being made by the Airship Syndicate, a studio with experience in making turn-based videogames. Ruined King will premiere in early 2021 on PC and next gen consoles.
