Korean company HTC prepares the release of its new flagship, HTC Ocean. The upcoming device will be equipped with a very rare feature, a touch frame, that will allow the user a wider degree of actions, e.g. controlling the sound's volume. Unfortunately this, and the fact that Ocean will sport a double front camera, is all we know for now.
